NutriBullet recipes make me happy inside. I am so into the cup lifestyle. You probably had no idea though because I hardly ever post about blenders. (I always post about blenders.) .
But seriously, a perfect portion of smoothie? Or a quick soup for one? I mean, come on!. It’s just so good.
1. NutriBullet Iced Coffee Recipe
When it’s hot out, I almost always have a pitcher of coffee in the fridge. It just helps keep the ice from melting so fast.
But for those days I forget to brew a batch? This recipe is my go-to.
It uses instant coffee, and I’m just going to put it out there: you need to splurge on the good stuff. It really makes a difference. The cheaper brands can be just… no. Too bitter.
2. Refreshing Strawberry Sorbet
Did you know you can make sorbet with just frozen fruit, a little sugar, and a splash of water? You just need a blender that can handle it, like this one!
I added a dash of rum to mine instead of water (because why not?), but you could also go for simple syrup instead of granulated sugar.
This will work with pretty much any fruit you have. Just chop it up and make sure it’s frozen solid. SO GOOD.
3. Frozen Summer Berries Smoothie
The best way to get a super tasty, super thick smoothie is to use frozen fruit.
A great way to prep this is to portion out your favorites and freeze them in bags. Then you can just grab and go when you need it.
I usually prefer dairy-free milk in my smoothies. They’re a little lower in calories but still give you that wonderful creamy finish. Of course, regular milk works too!
4. Nutribullet Broccoli Soup
I love roasted broccoli. It’s lovely as a side, with morning eggs, or tossed in a stir-fry.
I like to keep a batch in the fridge to make meal prep just a little bit easier. If you have some ready to go, this soup recipe is a total breeze.
Not that steaming the broccoli takes ages, but roasting just gives it such a better flavor.
And if you have the newer NutriBullet model, it will cook this soup for you in just seven minutes. Winning.
5. Black Forest Smoothie
Black forest cake is that rich, intense chocolate sponge with tart cherries. It’s so indulgent, and it makes for a great smoothie flavor combo!
Using chocolate protein powder instead of cocoa will make this a little healthier.
And if you add some frozen bananas, it really helps cut through the bitterness of the chocolate.
6. Kale-A-Berry Smoothie
Can I be honest with you? Kale is an acquired taste. I have to admit that I almost always pick spinach when I have the choice.
That being said, it’s loaded with goodness, and it’s great to incorporate into your diet.
I love it in smoothies because it really mellows out the flavor, and you don’t have to worry about that… interesting texture.
7. Creamy Cauliflower Comfort Soup
I am a huge lover of potato soup, but I’ve been trying to cut back on carbs. I’ve turned to cauliflower to fill that cozy hole in my diet.
And it really does a great job!
This soup is so thick, creamy, and wonderfully savory. I used unsweetened coconut milk (it was all I had!) and it was just as tasty.
8. NutriBullet Skinny Blast Smoothie
If you’re looking for a low-calorie breakfast or snack, this smoothie is just a terrific option.
It’s only 165 calories per serving, and it doesn’t compromise on taste one bit!
Hemp seeds are a great source of antioxidants, fatty acids, minerals, and vitamins. And it doesn’t hurt that it’s all blended with carrot, orange, and spinach for maximum nutrients.
9. Melon-Berry Milkshake
I don’t often think to use melon in smoothies, but when you have a blender this good, it’s worth trying everything.
I love the flavor blend of cantaloupe and blueberries here. Both are pretty subtle so they don’t overpower each other.
You can use whatever milk you like. I think coconut adds some nice flavor, but the melon is already quite sweet, so unsweetened almond milk would be totally fine too.
10. Apple and Cinnamon NutriBullet Smoothie Recipe
This lovely smoothie has all the great flavors of fall, but it’s cool and sweet and great all year.
It’s spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, giving you a very apple-pie-like flavor. I really enjoy the nutty undertones from the almonds.
It also has spinach and is totally vegan using almond milk and coconut water.
11. High-Protein Banana Colada Smoothie
This is exactly what you think it is, and so much more! Yes, it’s full of piña colada flavors mixed with bananas.
But it’s also full of chia seeds and vanilla protein powder for a nice thick finish and a boost of nutrients.
If you forgot to freeze your bananas, just try using coconut cream instead of milk for that thick consistency.
12. Easy Nutribullet Pesto
Pesto is just a powerhouse ingredient. And it comes together so fast, there’s really no need to buy it from the store.
Just blitz basil with Parmesan, oil, pine nuts, and garlic, and it’s ready!
I like to roast the garlic and nuts to amp up the flavor, but it’s pretty impressive just as is.
13. Pick-Me-Up Smoothie
Green smoothies can take a little getting used to. They aren’t sweet, but they aren’t totally savory either.
The good news is that making them yourself is the perfect way to adjust the flavors.
If you need it a little sweeter, you can easily add in some extra honey or maple syrup.
Once you get used to the flavor, you’ll reap the benefits of all those amazing nutrients.
14. NutriBullet Pink Detox Blast Smoothie Recipe
Okay, yes, this pink detox smoothie looks a little more appetizing than the green stuff. But that doesn’t mean it’s not loaded with good stuff!
It has strawberries, lemon, apples, and coconut water for sweetness. And then it has beets, celery, and avocado for a whole slew of nutrients and antioxidants.
Instead of buying and steaming beets, I like to buy the powdered kind for easier use.
15. Three-Ingredient Green Smoothie
Adding applesauce to a green smoothie is a fantastic way to up the sweetness without overloading it with honey or maple syrup.
You can make your own using your favorite apples and a touch of cinnamon, or just buy something with low sugar from the store.
Either way, this is ready in less than 5 minutes!
16. Classic Tomato Soup
Just like roasting the broccoli enhances that other soup, taking the time to roast the tomatoes, onion, and garlic will elevate this soup beyond belief.
Again, if you have the newer model, it will cook your soup using its 7-minute heated cycle.
If you don’t, you’ll need to make sure the ingredients are cold before blitzing them down. Once it’s at your desired consistency, just heat it up on the stovetop.
17. Pineapple Ginger Immunity Smoothies
I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the second the air gets cold, I get a cold. I try tea and soup, but it’s often too late.
So this year, I’m adding this amazing immunity booster into my morning routine as summer ends.
I’m hoping it works and keeps me healthy deep into the flannel-wearing months!
18. NutriBullet Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri
As much as I love a good margarita, I just can’t get enough of a fruity daiquiri!
Using frozen fruit (strawberries, in this case) will keep it perfectly frozen without watering anything down.
Lime juice is a must for that touch of citrus, though lemon juice would work here too.
19. Serenely Green Juice
Ginger and apple go hand in hand, but would you ever think to eat them with spinach and cucumber?
Smoothies and juices can be pretty wild, and it’s amazing that some of these flavors just work together.
Like I’ve mentioned, the greener recipes aren’t overly sweet. But you could always add in some extra apple if you wanted to.
